The Coffee Conundrum

Are you a coffee drinker? Have you ever stopped and thought whether your morning coffee ritual might actually be detrimental to your health? Coffee is a drug. It’s addictive and unless you get your daily fix, you’ll start getting withdrawal symptoms in as little as 8-12 hours. The only way to get over these withdrawal symptoms is to stop drinking coffee, or to have another hit. Most people don’t want to give it up, so they fall in to this vicious cycle of drinking coffee every day to keep the withdrawal symptoms at bay.

In this webinar, we are going to talk about the good, the bad and the ugly on coffee. What are the benefits? What are the down sides? Does it actually provide an energy or performance boost? Should we really be consuming it every day? What’s the best way to withdraw from coffee and what are some suitable alternatives?
