After many years in clinical practice, I have come to the realisation that one of the things stopping people from achieving their health and life goals, is self sabotage and low compliance. No matter what information I provided people about the importance of changing their dietary and lifestyle habits, many were incredibly resistant to change. To help my clients deal with this, I would refer them to a colleague of mine, who used hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. After a few hypnotherapy sessions, my clients were eager to make the changes I had originally recommended to them.
I recently completed a diploma of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and I'm now on a journey to learn as much as I can about this field. Recently, Beverley Unitt from Be You Success Coaching contacted me and we had a great discussion about hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and NLP.

Episode 11 - Jason Christoff
Jason Christoff has been involved in the health and fitness industry for many years and ran the most successful health and weight loss clinic in Canada. Whilst his clinic was financially successful, his clients were not achieving the results he wanted them to achieve. He would be training them in the morning at his gym and then see them at the ice cream shop that night. This lead Jason on a journey to understand why his clients were sabotaging their health. He now runs a successful business helping people from around the world to overcome self sabotage, as well as teaching people how to become self sabotage coaches.
