Professor Tim Noakes is the most prolific scientist and medical doctor in the world on the topics of exercise science and sports nutrition. In this podcast, Prof. Noakes joins me to talk about his research in to the ketogenic diet, the legal challenges he has faced questioning the currently 'accepted' nutrition advice, how he reversed his own type 2 diabetes, the beneficial health effects of eating a high fat diet and why processed and refined carbohydrates are so harmful to health.
