Episode 52: Dr. Gaetan Chevalier - Get Grounded
When was the last time your bare skin touched the earth? Have you heard of the terms "earthing" or "grounding"? Did you know, that when a human being is disconnected from the earth, it causes an electro-chemical disturbance and pH imbalance in the body, resulting in a state of dis-ease? How could something so simplistic, like putting our feet on the ground, have such profound beneficial effects? Could grounding help with arthritis, back pain, "chronic inflammation" and "auto-immune disease"? According do Dr. Chevalier, grounding is as essential as vitamins and minerals and refers to grounding as "vitamin G". Join me in this fascinating episode of the Humanley podcast with Dr. Gaeten Chevalier of the Earthing Institute.
Dr. Gaétan Chevalier received his Ph.D. from the University of Montreal in Atomic Physics and Laser Spectroscopy. After 4 years of research at UCLA in the field of nuclear fusion, he became professor and Director of...
Kissing Disease - Epstein Barr Virus or Something Else?
Written by Daniel Roytas (MHSc Human Nutrition), BHSc (Naturopathy), Dip. RM
Glandular fever (also known as the kissing disease), was first described by Emil Pfeiffer in 1889. Pfeiffer classified glandular fever as an infectious disease that resulted in fever, swelling of the lymph nodes and organ enlargement of the liver or spleen1. The term “infectious mononucleosis” was first coined by Sprunt and Evans in the 1920’s to further describe glandular fever, after discovering a group of students with a similar illness including elevated lymphocytes, atypical mononuclear cells and pharyngitis1,2. In the 1960’s, a herpes-type "virus" was discovered in cell lines of Burkitt’s lymphomas, leukemic tissue and specimen samples taken from healthy donors3. It wasn’t until 1968 that Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) was said to be cause of glandular fever, after antibodies to that same herpes-type "virus" were found...

Critiquing the Sars-CoV-2 Human Challenge Experiment
Written by Daniel Roytas (MHSc Human Nutrition), BHSc (Naturopathy), Dip. RM
A paper titled “Safety, tolerability and viral kinetics during SARS-CoV-2 human challenge in young adults”1 was recently published in Nature Medicine, one of the most prestigious medical journals in the world. In this experiment, young healthy volunteers were supposedly exposed to the Sars-CoV-2 virus. Many people claim that this paper is proof that the Sars-CoV-2 virus does indeed exist and is the cause of the disease known as Covid-19. This blog post will examine the methodology and results of this paper to elucidate whether or not it actually proves viral causation of disease.
In this experiment 36 volunteers between the age of 18-30 with no previous history of infection or vaccination against Sars-CoV-2, were exposed to the Sars-CoV-2 virus1. The virus was inoculated (syringed) into the nasal cavities of the participants, who then laid...

Dr. Jordan Grant obtained his medical degree from the Texas Tech University School of Medicine and has undertaken specialist training in urology. In this podcast, Dr. Grant and I talk about what science really is, the scientific method, scientific dogma, germ theory, terrain theory, what causes UTIs, how antibiotics work and much more.
Over the last 2 years Dr. Grant and I have had many philosophical discussions, for which I am very grateful. He is not only a voice of reason, but he also has a unique perspective grounded in reality and real science, something that the world needs more than ever right now. This is Dr. Grants second appearance on the Humanley podcast, he first came on the show back in March of 2021 on the Dr's Round Table Podcast Episode 24. It was a...

Episode 46: Special Edition - Professor's Round Table - The False Pandemic
In this special round table episode, Professor Igor Khmelinskii, Professor Leslie Woodcock and Professor Peter Stallinga from the University of Algarve (Portugal), join me to discuss their most recent paper titled "Role of exosomes in false-positive covid-19 PCR tests". They argue that because the Sars-CoV-2 virus has never been isolated, the PCR tests are inaccurate as they may detect our own genetic material (exosomes), giving rise to a false-positive testing pandemic. The paper was rejected for publication by the Lancet and has been downloaded more than one hundred thousand times from ResearchGate in a week (the average number of downloads for most scientific papers is about ten per week).
